Additional Terms for Compliant Licensees⁽¹⁾

The following discounts are available to Compliant Licensees:

- Annual License Fee Cap: € 15,000,000

- Past Practice: payable for all products prior to the Effective Date of a PLA (Patent License Agreement). However, for Compliant Licensees, past practice is only payable from 1 January 2023.

⁽¹⁾ A Compliant Licensee is a willing licensee acting in good faith that without legal proceedings executes the license within a reasonable time and without unnecessary costs to Vectis or a patent holder and thereafter maintains complete and continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the Opus PLA.
